Rent our space?
We offer fantastic bright space in the heart of Gothenburg and an oasis on Norra Guldheden!
With the joint efforts of the association’s members, we have renovated and transformed an old laundry into a gym (dojo) in the Japanese style. The room is a total of 260 sqm and has a permanent budo floor of 130 sqm. We train without shoes on the mat (barefoot or with socks), which makes it perfect for i.e. yoga, gymnastics, rhythmics and different budo disciplines. You are welcome to rent our space on an hourly basis, when the association is not using it.
We have newly renovated women’s / men’s changing rooms with showers and a shared sauna. The kitchen is also brand new and fully equipped. It is easy to get here from all of Gothenburg, either walking distance from Linnéstaden or by bus and tram to Wavrinsky’s Place and from there a short 5-minute walk.

Rental rates
Evening time 17-22 weekdays SEK 350 / hour. Minimum rental time is 2 hours. Daytime 9-16 weekdays SEK 250 / hour. Minimum rental time is 2 hours. Weekends: a full day Saturday or Sunday SEK 1750. Saturday & Sunday SEK 3,500.
