This page contains information about how Riai Aikido Dojo handles the Corona pandemic and Covid-19.
Due to the Swedish Public Health Agency’s (Folkhälsomyndigheten) new guidelines in April 2021, Riai’s board has decided to, in accordance with the recommendations, practice in the most infection free way possible.
Children’s groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 practice as usual. We urge parents to keep a safe distance from each other.
The adult group has bukiwaza Mondays: 18.15-19.15 and Wednesdays 18.30-19.30. We train outdoors starting May 19th. We will practice completely without contact including physique, ukemi and bukiwaza. The number of participants at each workout will be limited.
Use hand sanitizer directly at the front door. Wash your hands and feet during all indoor training and only attend practice if you are fully healthy. We have an individual dojo water bottle, which we want everyone to use during the semester. All water bottles are easily accessible in the hallway. Use common sense in changing rooms and showers. Feel free to change to workout clothes before coming to the dojo.
